Dr Katz is the best! I’ve never felt I could actually be myself and open up to a doctor like I have her. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with doctors in the past, but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Shawnee family health. They are all very friendly and I just love my doctor so much she’s the best. She truly cares about her patience all these other negative comments on here. This place just loves to run people around in circles to keep billing their insurance. You come to this place for help which is really difficult to reach out for in the first place because you’re at the point where you need medication and you’ll be ran around in a loop for months just prolonging the suffering. Not to mention if you need meds changed due to negative side effects instead of helping with that they’ll make you wait some more until you crash out so they can bill your insurance again for a crisis that could have b... read more
Used to be a good place in 2007 nowadays if you a struggling mentally don't recommend here or anywhere else try your best to manage at home they are not going to help or care about you or your problems
I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a member of a medical staff. If you value your mental health don't go here. They should help you work through your mental crisis, not be the cause of it.
Only gave it 1 star to comment. They don't return calls. They got rid of mine and my sons counselor and has bothered to replace him. The doctor prescribed me 2 medications that you aren't supposed to take together and it made me deathly ill.
