Ive been going to Shawnee health since I think 2017 front desk always friendly and my doctor listens this is a good place to go to get the help u need

Dr Katz is the best! I’ve never felt I could actually be myself and open up to a doctor like I have her. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with doctors in the past, but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Shawnee family health. They are all very friendly and I just love my doctor so much she’s the best. She truly cares about her patience all these other negative comments on here. This place just loves to run people around in circles to keep billing their insurance. You come to this place for help which is really difficult to reach out for in the first place because you’re at the point where you need medication and you’ll be ran around in a loop for months just prolonging the suffering. Not to mention if you need meds changed due to negative side effects instead of helping with that they’ll make you wait some more until you crash out so they can bill your insurance again for a crisis that could have b... read more

I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a member of a medical staff. If you value your mental health don't go here. They should help you work through your mental crisis, not be the cause of it.

The first month of therapy was great. However, after a while my appointments with my therapist kept on getting canceled while I was waiting in the waiting room 10min before appointment time - rescheduled an hour later after sitting in the waiting room - or rescheduled an hour later, waiting at the office 30 mins past the reschedule time, and then getting told to come back another day or the next week.
