Florentina banuelos was very unprofessional and rude, she made my little sister cried when i went with her, she was applying because she is pregnant. So rude it dosent look she knows what she is doing, I definitely will report her to the health department (teresa)
Worst WIC I’ve ever been too. Takes 2 weeks to get a phone appointment and each time I need an appointment they forget what they’ve done the previous appointment. I’ve had to “ Recertify” my kids at almost each appointment because no one knows what they’re doing there.
