Simmons, totally had no idea how to handle my lawsuit, especially trying to get a default judgement. Simmons apparently, she claims to be an attorney. But me only a mechanic and i had to inform her she was handling everything wrong! i did very little investigation to determine this fact. wanting a simple lawsuit against a person who stole from me. Apparently, this was too much of request, because the inability to retain help was the reason amongst others, why it took 6 months just to serve a summons. The length of time should have been 1 month, and to further pour salt in the wound. Simmons had no idea how to get a default judgement1. Simmons legal is second rate at best. She had no idea how to handle my case, proper way for a default judgement. Statutory conversion did not bring it up once. I learned more about my lawsuit more than Simmons legal. By using Microsoft Copilot. The real Attorney. Copilot was so convincing, Simmons legal refunded my money. Do not trust Simmons legal

Simmons wasted 6 months of my valuable time, while accomplishing nothing. I filled a complaint with The Attorney Grievance Commission, then Simmons Legal gave back all my money. Shop around, Simmons Legal is not worth your time.
