Shawna was the buyer's agent opposite me in a transaction and the HOA president of the community. She struggles with this conflict of interest and with basic professionalism, and she knowingly made a false report to the title company during our transaction. Keep any messages with her or the HOA to under 2 sentences or she will lose interest.
