I recently had a first massage session with Shawna and highly recommend her for your next massage. I felt very relaxed immediately entering the space, and throughout the session. She offered reminders to breathe and to stay connected to myself which brought me into focus on the experience and on releasing tension in my body. I will definitely book again soon!

When you are under Shawna's care you know that you are her sole focus. It is clear that her goal is to create a safe, peaceful, comfortable, and inclusive space and experience for her clients. It is refreshing to see a fellow small business owner who has been able to enact a vision that is as unique as it is adaptable to the specific needs of her clients. In the month between my first two sessions with Shawna, it might be dramatic to say my whole life outlook changed, but so many pieces clicked into new, exciting places. Could not recommend Shawna more! In fact I do yo everyone that tells me they need a massage therapist. She's wonderful at what she does on top of being so kind!
