Dr. Purcell and the whole team are amazing to work with. I really appreciate the care they give.
DON’T ENROLL HERE!! Dr. Prurcell and her team have a terrible practice. You never actually see Dr. Purcell, ever. All appointment were via phone and now are text message only. You can’t reach her or her staff except by text, and they are slow to respond or don’t respond at all. Scheduled appoints with her are constantly late or don’t happen at all and no one communicates to the patient about the delay. Can't even get to an experience at this place to rate them. You can't call and talk to a person. On their phone message it says to email or text them. I emailed three times and text twice. I got one response by text and couldn't get any more. Guess they don't need the business. I will look to some of the other weight loss clinics. Tired of trying to communicate with them.
