Took me seven calls, four transfers, and over 97 minutes on hold to get an appointment - 6 weeks out. The posted phone numbers are wrong, and her staff seem to be looking for reasons you CAN'T get an appointment. AND I got a humiliating, almost cruel grilling over the phone about medical history just to get a second opinion!!! I have been meeting with various surgeons for a second opinion, and it took 2 minutes to get an appointment in the next week at those offices.
