I have been a patient of Dr Wallace since he was at the Fishhawk location. The service at this location is horrific!! I have been attempting for over a week to reach Dr Wallace in regards to concerning blood work that was done. When calling the office for an appointment, I'm told the soonest they can get me in to see Dr Wallace will be 5 months from now. Dr Wallace is an amazing doctor but the management team at this location has deflated his reputation dramatically!!

Dr. Wallace was very thorough in reviewing my medical history, providing important context and recommendations, and answering all of my questions with patience and knowledge. Medication and referral needs were addressed efficiently. I felt like we were truly partners in my health care.
