I have known Shawn for many years. Initially I asked him to manage my two rental properties. He suggested that he will provide full support if I needed any services like handyman, plumber,electrician etc. and will not charge management fee. Recently I sold the properties through him. He was very professional, courteous, accommodating, pleasant and even looking after the properties when I wasn’t around during escrow period.He is a good human being.
