Dr. Riker is so great! There are lots of bad counselors out there, but this is an absolute treasure.
Dr. Riker breaks the stereotypes on therapy and what therapist are like. He is a genuine and easy person to talk to. He doesn't do the work for you or just patch up whatever the issue is, he works with you in helping you develop skills and use tools to help yourself. It's easy to respect Dr. Riker and not feel intimidated by his title and he makes the sessions as easy as if you are talking with a long time friend.
