Apathetic Dr very open with patient. I love him!
Very happy with Dr. Ragbir, cardiologist in Uvalde/San Antonio. I see him in Uvalde and am thankful he makes the trip from San Antonio each week. Saves me quite a bit of miles and fuel vs San Antonio. He and his staff in Uvalde are nice folks and I trust them with my cardiac care.
Dr. Shawn Ragbir is an awesome dr. I recommend him to anyone very professional and compassionate he cares about his patients rights and understands my needs as his patient
