The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I needed it. Staff is knowledgeable and qualified. I received an appointment quickly. Very seldom have to wait too long. The staff and doctor are friendly and concerned with my families needs. I have used them for 14 years and have felt welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.
