So far we feel very comfortable with Dr. Stevens. He was able to relate to my daughter well and explained his surgical plan clearly. We felt like all of our questions were answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. The visit did not feel rushed, he made it seem like he had all the time in the world to respond to our concerns. I sense he genuinely cares for his patients. His office team is outstanding as well - friendly, warm and so so helpful.
Dr Stevens take his time with me and is very knowledgeable and I feel at ease with him helping me.
The implant was done very efficiently and Dr. Stevens' team member was prompt in removing the bandage the next morning at 6 a.m. Although I suffered nausea afterward, I came home and have felt fine since. I'm looking forward to getting my hearing back!
