Shawn is a a wonderful agent and a very nice man. He was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. He has a lot of wisdom from experience and helped me make good decisions throughout the process. I have full confidence in him. He sold my property like a pro that he is, always exhibiting a patience, grace and class.
Shawn is on top of it and easy to work with. Closed in three weeks with all inspectors, title and attorney responding to him immediately.
