I booked a cleaning appointment over the phone two months in advance. When I showed up, they had no record of it. The front desk just took my info and told me I was a walk-in, with no idea when the doctor would be available. I ended up canceling. This place clearly doesn’t manage appointments well—at least not phone bookings. On top of that, the front desk was rude, acting like it was no big deal that my appointment just disappeared. They didn’t even try to offer a solution. Really disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

The doctors are amazing, and the entire dental office is wonderful—except for the front desk lady who answered my call today. I called to simply reschedule my appointment, meaning I wanted to move it to another day. However, she kept insisting—very rudely—that I must want to cancel it. When I clarified that I just wanted to reschedule, she snapped, "You need to use the word properly. What you mean is cancel and make a new appointment."
