Excellent service and workmanship on a recent HVAC install. Every Kresge team member I met was professional and prompt with responding to questions or concerns. The physical installation was completed efficiently with a team who worked very well together and kept me informed during the process. Special thanks to office staff who were very patient and responsive to questions.

Called them, came out for a quote the next day! Great. Got the emailed quote, accepted it. Called to make sure I accepted it and sent the acceptance to them correctly. Still never heard back from them since! It's been over a month so I was ghosted. This was for electrical and not hvac specifically. If you need an electrician who responds quickly, quotes quickly, and actually will come do the work (basic job according to kresge), call Frantz Electric in Jim Thorpe instead.
