I had the most amazing and thorough exam with Shawn Koser, NP. He was extremely kind and thoughtful when it came to me asking all of the questions I could possibly think of. Shawn was patient and knowledgeable, and did not make me feel uncomfortable when discussing my concerns. I will request to be seen by Shawn in the future.
Dr. Shawn Koser is a great provider, and I’ve always appreciated his care. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing due to the front desk staff. I had a 3:45 PM appointment to be tested for strep, COVID, and the flu because I was feeling severely ill. I knew I might be a few minutes late and made sure to notify the office ahead of time.
