TLDR; I cannot recommend this realtor because she ghosted me. Shawn came recommended to me by friends so I disregarded the negative comments of another reviewer. Unfortunately, I now want to share my own negative experience. The first red flag : Shawn scoffed at the idea of signing a Buyer Broker Agreement and basically just said ‘let’s see if we play nice with each other and we’ll continue if it feels right’. We met Shawn virtually to sell our vacation property, first impression was great with the southern charm. House was priced right and her staging of the house was beautiful. The house had a contract on day 2 of the listing for asking price Here are the issues we had; Communication was terrible, once the listing was signed she never answered her phone, it was all text communication with multiple “I’ll call you right back “. Shawn Jennings is absolutely the best in customer service, reliability, professionalism, satisfying her clients, understanding their situations and getting results, using wisdom and patience to positively reach her clients. We just closed on our new house with Shawn who's been our realtor since the beginning, and not one time were we unsatisfied with her service. Shawn Jennings was our realtor 3 years ago. She has a bunch of showing too show my husband and myself, she answered all questions we had and if she didn't know she would take the time to find out. We settled on a house, Shawn Jennings works for you and makes your house buying less stressful. I always recommend her if any one is looking for real estate, we would definitely use her as our agent again.
