Shawn was our realtor and he did an excellent job. He gave us advice on how to prepare our home for showing, and he made a stunning brochure for our home to give to interested parties. After we received the offers, Shawn was very skillful and professional as he guided us on the negotiations, and I am sure we would not have gotten as high a price as we did for our home without Shawn representing us.

Disappointed that the realtor does not obey local regulations. I contacted him about a gardener at a property he was managing, who was using a gas leaf blower in violation of local ordinances. This gardener was polluting the air and disturbing the peace of the neighborhood. Shawn Ghandchi didn't care and was uninterested in bringing the property into compliance -- thereby risking hefty fines for the homeowner, while also disrespecting the neighbors.
