Dr Shawn Pobiner was excellent. He was able to schedule me in a very timely manner, and when I arrived at his office both he and his staff were excellent! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a root canal.
Dr. Todd Pobiner saw me as an emergency referral patient while I was visiting my mom on LI. From the moment I walked into the office I felt at ease thanks to the wonderful front line syaff. I am so filled with gratitude that an unexpected problem led me to Dr. Pobiner. I will travel back to Long Island from Vermont should I ever need help again. I was referred to Island Endodontics for a root canal retreatment on a tooth that had no active pain but showed signs of a dormant infection. After the procedure, my pain escalated significantly. No one from the office followed up with me after the procedure—not Thursday, not Friday—until I called them myself to report the worsening pain. I was sent to Dr. Shawn Pobiner for an emergency root canal 2 weeks ago. My nerves were through the roof rightfully so and not only the front desk staff, the assistant along with Dr. Pobiner all calmed down my nerves right away. They talked me through the procedure and all the aftercare. I highly recommend Dr. Pobiner for anyone who needs a root canal
