I just want to share my recent experience with Shawn Forth Homes. We recently bought a beautiful duplex home from Shawn Forth Homes and the reason why we liked this home the most is the model that they choose to build and the home plan they used to include all the amenities that a home needs to have like a 2 car garage, spacious backyard and 2 levels, which made this a complete home to live, we were so satisfied with this house and thought of share the same feedback here.
Shawn Forth has been amazing to work with for both custom built homes and purchasing a home already built. 9 yrs ago we built with Shawn forth for a custom home and had the best experience with the team from start to finish. Not to mention, the house was built with such amazing quality. Shawn Forth Homes is a great custom builder as long as it's not truly custom. They were recommended for an Insulated Concrete Form home I wanted to build. Oct 24, 2024 I signed the contract for $742,338.17 for a 2119 sq ft home. That wasn't enough for them, I paid an extra $24,347.53 to finish the build. Then it turns out that a driveway was not included in that amount. Move in date was May 2026.
This guy about took my front bumper off this morning cutting me off while he was driving like a maniac. He continued this crazy driving cutting others off, no signal, and speeding meanwhile I caught up to him at every stop light where he was waiting for all the traffic he cut off to catch up. But for a guy to have this much disregard for the driving public in a vehicle pasted with his company name all over it, it makes me question his true regard for his customers.
Shawn and his team made every step of buying a house easy. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with answering any and all questions we had. As for the house, we've been here for almost a year and loving it. Any questions or concerns I've had so far, they've been quick to contact back/resolve the issue. Most certainly recommend Shawn Forth Homes
