Shawn was the worst medical provider I had ever seen. He was unprofessional and didn’t bother to read my charts before our appointment. He “tested” me by asking about when I take my medication. He kept repeating “yeah, we don’t know why you feel this way” over and over again, making me feel even more hopeless over the symptoms I was feeling.
