Appointment was quick and informative
Check-In was easy online. But I did have to wait to be seen. Was not in the exam room until an hour after my appointment time X-Ray tech, Heather was on target. Like Dr Hocker, he is friendly, makes good eye contact and presents information in a clear and concise way. He's positive but also realistic.

Appointment was quick and informative
Dr Hocker was fantastic. He had clearly reviewed my chart and images before he came into the room. He asked me lots of questions, listened to my answers and then thoroughly explained my shoulder injury and the plan to fix it. I didn't feel rushed and left feeling good about moving forward.
