Extreme Caution !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So I had a problem with my Plumbing my HOA told me they have somebody they send this company they come to my house they took care of the work in less than 10 minutes with no replacement no nothing they take out the drain pick up some hair and it works that's totally understandable thank you for that but beforehand they didn't Express pricing or nothing found out for less than 10 minutes of work it was $385 I called the gentleman because that seems absurd he tells me are you running a business... read more

Between the year 2000 and 2013 I managed 23 associations in Kings point Tamarack area. During that time I experienced hundreds of calls to Shawn & son’s plumbing. Despite being rather new these condos all had common plumbing problems throughout. Working closely with Shawn over the years, we were able to identify Modify repair replaceand mitigate these issues. Shawn and Sons Plumbing. Came out to my house, I had a kitchen sink and bath tub stoppage. They snaked it from the roof and was able to clear the stoppage quickly. And explained to me what they found. I also had a leaky kitchen faucet. Lucky,me they had a new one on their truck , they were kind enough to remove everything underneath the cabinet so they would have access to the kitchen sink area. My toilets were clogged, and it just so happened that Shawn & Son’s truck was only two houses down. My dad went over to ask if they could take a look, and just from hearing the issue, they immediately knew it was the main line. They told us they’d come over as soon as they finished with their current customer—and they did. Within 15 minutes, both toilets were flushing perfectly again.
