To start off I admit she has a calm voice and is jolly. Also a few nice compliments about my hair. But during my annual visits as a per teen and teenager, I am very so uncomfortable with how sensitive exams were handled. Before a chest exam, I was not given a clear explanation of why it was being done, nor was I feel like I was given an opportunity to ask any questions or express concerns before the exam started. BSW Pediatric and Adolescent drs and nursing staff are amazing! They’re always so friendly and they try to make your trips quick.
Very disappointed in Dr. Abel especially with the good reviews. She’s cold and made me feel rushed like I was inconveniencing her by asking a few questions. The worst part is the very aggressive billing practices, which are likely borderline fraudulent. If you choose to go here be careful as the provider will be focused on every word you say, not to help, but to document and map it to a billable code.
