We have had some terrible management companies in the past - ranging from do nothing management companies to overbearing terrors who treated us like tenants. Shawmut has been great with our Board - we are a demanding bunch but they sit down with us and give great advice. They even completed an energy audit which saves us over \$5000 per year in electricity costs.
