Had a very negative experience of living in an condo managed by this company. Owners/Tenants have reported that this company frequently tows the cars of known residents. And in my personal experience, the management company trespassed in my apartment to cut utility lines b/c of a dispute between this company and my LL. Although the dispute had nothing to do with me, I was left without water for a week. Read other reviews online, talk to other owners and tenants. This company handles its business in a vicious way. Be warned.
