Amazing experience, extremely professional and top notch customer service! I had a recall on my 2013 Dodge Avenger for the catalytic converter, and Janet got the parts in and had me scheduled all within a week. The appointment was scheduled to take about 2 hours. The service team and mechanics were very knowledgeable and preformed the work quickly... I was out of there in about an hour! This was by far the best experience I've ever had with an automobile repair. Thanks a ton to the whole team at Shawano Auto Sales!
