I rented tables and chairs for my child's party. They tried to charge me a $45 delivery charge when we lived only 2 miles away. They're closed on Saturdays so the tables and chairs had to be delivered on Friday. The quality of the chairs and tables were horrible. They did not give a pick up time so we had to wait around all day for them to come. I guess they only have one delivery truck. When the got here they wanted help with the table and chairs. I have worked with Kenny, new owner, and he and new staff have been helpful and responsive.
I will never use Shaw rental again. I ordered chairs and tables for a graduation party. They were supposed to be delivered on Friday. At noon, I called to confirm and was told they would be there by 4pm. They never arrived. I have called all day. No response. I used the chat function on their website and was told someone would call me. No one did. Shaw made today incredibly stressful. I can not believe they have been in business 20 years.
