Shaw’s Jewelry has a great selection of jewelry with so many price ranges. Gabriel Abbott was a wonderful salesman to work with. I loved bands he showed us to match the engagement ring. He is very personable and will ask for his help on my next visit to the store.
Kenny is the best! Love this place for service, selection and their personal touch. They really do go above and beyond. Highly recommend.
I’ve had several pieces of jewelry repaired and watches serviced at Shaw’s, and I’ve been extremely pleased with my experience each time. The service is always professional and timely, the quality of the repairs has been excellent, and I’ve found the pricing to be very reasonable. It’s wonderful to have a jeweler you can trust with pieces that are important to you. I highly recommend Shaw’s!
I've had such an awful experience at Shaw's. I brought in my Oris bronze to get a screw tightened and they ended up destroying my watch by attempting to polish it without asking. Here are the before/after pictures from when they gave it back to me. And yes, I still paid the $108 for a screw tightening. Additionally, the employees tried to tell me that this looked normal and that nothing was wrong with the watch.
Absolutely beautiful store Gabriel was fantastic. Went out of her way to accommodate us.
