During my visit to Shaw’s Jewelry, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the salesmen, who appeared to be more concerned about earning his commission than providing good service or taking responsibility for his mistakes. I clearly stated to him, with my driver present, that I wanted a 14K Geneva rope watch. The store didn’t have it.
