I used Shaw’s Lock Service to replace the locks in my new house, and I cannot recommend Pepy enough. He initially came by to simply re-key, but he gave me a thorough explanation of how the existing locks were installed incorrectly and provided his recommendations for better security. He was very helpful throughout the process of procuring the correct locks, even though I ended up purchasing them separately and not through Shaw’s. I have used Shaw's at my home and business multiple times. I am always impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and work quality. They are my locksmith on speed dial. I'll be calling Shaw's for any and all of my future locksmith jobs.
We moved into an old house with door knobs to match! There were multiple that either fell off their spindle or couldn’t latch onto the other side of the door frame, but Chris replaced/repaired them all!
Great service! Had a difficult lock to fix and they were able to fix in a timely , reasonable manner. Highly recommend!
