They Don't guarantee their workmanship They patched a hole in my roof; and since the first normal rain since it is leaking. I was going to have them come and look at it; however they said they don't guarantee their repair. I'm not surprised this is not my first issue with them. I work in phone and internet repair and we guarantee our work. Most company's do. Buyer beware.

rip off They came to do a patch job on my roof. Roofer was unprofessional. Worked with one hand while smoking with the other. took over an hour and a half for lunch. Did 3 hrs of work and the billed for 6 hours!! Been dealing with the owner.. He has not returned any of MY calls.

Don't make the mistake I made! If I could choose 0 stars I would! I found these guys on the internet. I called, received what seemed to be a reasonable estimate over the phone. I don't know anything about roofing, so I made a huge mistake

Get everything in writing. Write down the time they show and the time they leave make them initial it or sign it at the time of service. Had them out for a small 3 hour job. and they billed for 6 hours. Roofer took and hour and a half lunch. I took off work all day for them they were late showing and the 1.5 hr lunch was disrepectful. The owner is a unprofessional and treated my wife like dirt. I would even give a star.

Professional-Clean-fair Had Shaw roofing out to inspect my roof and was given a bid without hidden fees. Shaw was not the cheapest nor the highest of bids but knowing the roofing industry, clean work and keeping your word is important. They showed up on the promised date, cleaned up after themselves and did great work from start to finish. My house is always available as a reference. Thanks Abe!

Free Estimate = $45.00 ??? Never even made it past the estimate phase. They advertise free estimate like almost all contracting services do. However, after being told the estimate would require a consultation fee I felt somewhat misled. They may do great work but the first impression was enough that I don't care to find out. I mean no disrepect but if you do not provide the service you advertise then don't advertise it.

Professional Very professional. The estimator came out and looked at the job and gave us a price. They showed up to do the job before the expected date. Did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.
