From a renter’s perspective: My experience so far has been less than pleasurable. They are far from accommodating and honestly will quickly try to take your money. Poor customer service and poor communication. If you are trying to find your forever home this management company is not it. I would advise to keep looking for another management company.
Please, do not rent from this company.
Nice apartments but the who ever designed the parking lot should be fired.. there’s barely enough spots for the residents and it’s so tight you have to 3 point turn just to get out
The unit I rented from them had no working shower, a leaking dishwasher, had holes in the walls, mouse poop in the kitchen, and a really bad problem with dampness.
