Highly recommend Shaw Real Estate. We moved out recently after staying 4 years and they have been amazing the entire time. Easy move-in and move-out processes, prompt responses when needed, quick to handle maintenance requests and really took care of us as tenants. Our landlord was awesome and we appreciate everything they've done for us.
The office is so disorganized that no one is on the same page, one will tell you something and someone else will tell you the opposite and when you ask for the person you spoke with previously; they miraculously aren’t there. They dont answer the phone and when they do they are very rude
Upon the move out process, I was looking to get a rental verification done, which is required, and a time sensitive subject in order to secure a new property. I made them aware on a Friday morning so that I could have it completed and move forward with my new property. The woman who I spoke to, who was very rude on the phone told me that she would have her manager do it on Monday morning and that she could not complete a rental verification.
