I accepted a counter offer made by Shaw almost 2 weeks ago on a property he is selling. He was advised that I was going to do an inspection. It was done. My agent has been leaving him messages on his phone, at his office, emails, and even text messages. And for almost 2 weeks, he has not responded. Ain’t no person that busy in the world.
