I recently moved into one of their property. It has been a good experience so far. Rental application was clear and efficient. I like their portal for all things rental and maintenance. They are also very responsive and quick with maintenance support. I would recommend their service.

Mahasty from Shaw Properties is extremely confrontational, and has accused me of threatening her for asking for basic maintenance and repair to make our unit have livable temperatures. We didn't even have enough smoke detectors in our unit initially, and narrowly avoided an electrical fire and I sustained second degree burns because of the low capacity of the whole unit's electrical circuitry.
