The pool service tech are very professional, polite and thorough. When our pool /pool equipment needs repair or replacement, they handle it quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Shaw Pools.

I wish there was a zero star review. He provided us with an estimate then refused to move forward with it saying something feels off? He wanted credit card on file which is not something we were comfortable with but then he just straight up declined to work on it saying something feels off.
Outstanding experience. If you need any kind of pool or pump related repairs, look no further. Up front and good prices. I was able to send a video of the issue with my pump and received a quote within 30 minutes. Technician fixed it the next day!
