Outstanding experience. If you need any kind of pool or pump related repairs, look no further. Up front and good prices. I was able to send a video of the issue with my pump and received a quote within 30 minutes. Technician fixed it the next day!
We received great service from Shaw and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for one off maintenance or ongoing pool cleaning. Their prices are extremely fair and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.
Shaw Pools was highly recommended by our neighbor. Contacted them for urgent assistance. They started service for me immediately. Couldn't be happier. Service schedule has been consistent, pool cleaning has been exceptional with a receipt for work completed after every visit. Based on my experience, I am extending that "highly recommended" message to anyone looking for a great pool service company and experience in the Flower Mound vicinity.
Excellent, top notch professional pool service. During the recent Snowmageddon in Dallas, Mr. Shaw immediately came upon very short notice at my request and shut off my pool features (waterfalls) that were driving me crazy since they were running 24 hrs a day due to freeze protection. This company has come out several times at my request to help out and they have gone above and beyond. Highly recommended!
Be warned, Shaw pools let my pool turn green, see below. My chlorinator was empty due to chlorine tablet shortage, and they said nothing to warn me. They just added another pound of shock to try and get me thru the week. I made one call to Leslie's pools and picked up a 20lb bucket of chlorine tablets. Very frustrating
