Originally reached out to Douglas via Thumbtack and he got back to me right away. Described my problem and he gave me a very reasonable quote. Dewayne was out the very next day and was all finished within an hour. Both he and his assistant were very polite and cordial. The new faucet and water shut off works and looks great. I hired Doug Shaw with Shaw Plumbing to do a total pex repipe of my 4000 sq ft home which is very complicated with all of the additions I have done through the 36 years that I have lived here. Four full bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, the works. They also had to tunnel under one of my bathrooms and tunnel 100 ft to connect to my septic because the original concrete pipe under the house had collapsed, affecting two of the bathrooms. Shaw Plumbing (Doug Shaw owner), did a total PEX repipe, a total bathroom re-plumbing, tunneling to reconnect bathroom and 100 foot sewage pipe replacement for us. They showed up on time every day as promised, started and finished the job as promised. All the personnel that came to our house was very professional, courteous and very good at their craft. Every future plumbing project in our house will be done by Doug Shaw and his team. And last but not least their pricing was super competitive. A+
We had a water heater start leaking. Shaw plumbing came out, met with Doug and he was very down to earth and explained all my options. After we talked price and decision we signed up to get a new gas tankless water heater. His crew came out next day in the morning and did a great job! Everyone was nice, and professional. Doug was there as well, not just the crew, to check on their work and to ensure everything was done properly. I highly recommend Shaw Plumbing and will 100% call on them again!! Thank you again Doug!
