I sent in pictures and measurements, got a fast quote, and had Wallace and Roy at my house within hours. Originally reached out to Douglas via Thumbtack and he got back to me right away. Described my problem and he gave me a very reasonable quote. Dewayne was out the very next day and was all finished within an hour. Both he and his assistant were very polite and cordial. The new faucet and water shut off works and looks great. I hired Doug Shaw with Shaw Plumbing to do a total pex repipe of my 4000 sq ft home which is very complicated with all of the additions I have done through the 36 years that I have lived here. Four full bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, the works. They also had to tunnel under one of my bathrooms and tunnel 100 ft to connect to my septic because the original concrete pipe under the house had collapsed, affecting two of the bathrooms.
