This is the second time Shaw Plumbing has done some work for me. 1st time they installed a tankless water heater(few years ago). This time they helped me install a water filtration system and water dispenser. They do excellent quality work and charge fair prices for their work. I've recommended them several times and will continue to call them whenever I need anything plumbing related.
Called for a estimate of replacing a water heater, in the attic. Gave me the quote, and we agreed on a date/time. They arrived first thing in the morning, went to work promptly, the nicest, polite, professional guys i have seen . Job was done in a hour and a half. Zero mess, everything works, and paid the exact amount the was quoted. I can't express enough of our gratitude to Shaw plumbing of being honest, prompt, and great guys, Ty, Roy,Wallace, to get the job done. I highly recommend Shaw. Thanks again Doug and crew. Jerry
Update: Shaw Plumbing was a lifesaver on my first visit, and they’ve now proven themselves again on my second. When my water heater was replaced, I asked for a few quotes to replace a toilet and was given a reasonable offer. I let them know I’d follow up, but it took several months because I first needed help with a shower faucet that wasn’t working correctly. Mr Shaw came to check the installation of our new garbage disposal his workers had installed the day before to answer our concerns. He resolved our questions to our complete satisfaction. We are pleased with the work and will call them again for plumbing repairs.
I was very pleased with the service provided by Shaw Company. Three young men came out to my home to perform gas testing, and the entire process was completed in under 45 minutes, quick, efficient, and professional. What stood out to me most was that one of the technicians was in training. The way the other two guided and taught him in real time showed true leadership and mentorship, which I highly respect.
