Shaw was great to work with!
First of all, they seamlessly picked up our treatment from a fellow office in Midland, Texas without extra cost. From start to finish they have consistently exceeded our expectations. The wait times are very low. We are always in and out quickly, but never feel rushed. If we wait ten minutes they are apologizing. They are thorough in answering questions and making sure my kids are comfortable and own their own experience. They have also been abundantly patient with my son’s set backs. Would recommend 10/10.
I cannot recommend Dr. Shaw enough! My teeth were incredibly stubborn! He didn’t stop until my smile was perfect. He paid attention to every tiny detail and truly cared about the final result just as much as I did. His patience, perfectionism, and dedication completely transformed my smile.
