Changing my review as of 2023. Maintenance requests were addressed in a timely manner since under new management. A/C and Heater functionality not always the best in units, but that's to be expected in older units. Only issue I have now is Maintenance telling me to clean differently because they couldn't properly fix a sink faucet without water leaking. (Side note: I work for a different apartment complex company and this should have been an easy fix). Thank you for the new faucet, but still didn't fix the issue...
Shaw Mountain has been a great place to live. Danielle and Logan do a wonderful job of managing the property. Any issues I've had have been resolved quickly. The location is top tier being sandwiched between the foothills and downtown. I've never left a review for an apartment complex before but this one is 5/5.

Lived year for years. Absolute cash grab by terrible management. Apartments are poorly maintained, walls and ceilings are very thin, and “upgrades” are shoddy and slapped-together. Do not waste your money here.
