Our technician Issac Engle was very helpful and fast to get our A/C back up and running again. I recommend you to use Isaac when you have service to be done on your unit. Great price and got an appointment the same day that we called.

We have used Shaw for many years where I work, so we called them when our home AC wasn't working. They promptly responded, and were on site quickly during a peak heat wave. They got a hard to find part, completed a complicated repair in good time, and a very fair price (much, much less than a well known co. who just wanted to sell us a new unit) I trust them & will use them again.
We had a 16 year-old condenser unit that had a refrigeration leak. Shaw Mechanical came out the next day and I got text confirmations of the technicians arrival time from the time I booked my appointment until he arrived on site Thad Albright the Technician was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the system.
