We had a 16 year-old condenser unit that had a refrigeration leak. Shaw Mechanical came out the next day and I got text confirmations of the technicians arrival time from the time I booked my appointment until he arrived on site Thad Albright the Technician was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the system. We were way overdue for a cleaning of our mini-split. Isaac did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.
One of the hottest days of this year my a/c stops blowing cold air. The previous owners of my house used Shaw and kept years worth of receipts in a folder. I’ve continued using them when needed because they show up promptly and fix what needs fixed quickly and affordability. My system is outdated I know and they know it but they don’t push you to buy new when they are able to repair what I have for the time being. I can’t recommend them enough!!
Issac was great! Always top notch service 2 nd time Issac has been here to fix something and he is always kind courteous and informative. His customer service is always top notch and that is so hard to come by today.
