Terrible experience with this firm. Case handed off to another lawyer before it was closed. Essentially had to pay to bring the new lawyer up to speed. I was under the impression I worked out a payment plan, only to find out that they put a lien on the house (charged me yet again) I lost in the divorce without out ever notifying me until months later. Extremely unimpressed.
Working with Sean Tobin was one of the best experiences that I had ever had with a lawyer. He was prompt in all his responses to me and very detailed and direct in his counsel. Not only did he do all that he said he would do, he truly cared about my case and situation. In court he was well prepared, on time and to the point. Making a solid case in my defense which culminated in a strong win that supported my rights as a father which were being violated. I could not have asked for a better lawyer!
