Ordered a little over $500 worth of meat a few months ago in support of a girls u18 hockey team, 20 strips, 20 rib eyes and some pork. Steaks were supposed to be 8oz cuts. ~95% of the cuts were an ounce to and ounce and a half under weight. I wasn't going to say anything since it was in support of youth sport, and I just moved on.
