Crooks! DO NOT USE!!!
Do NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!! Complete rip off. Charges $5k to come and look and supposedly get parts. Then the next day shows up super early in the morning and disappears for the rest of the day, BUT CLOCKS 14 HOURS. When called to ask where he was, they said "getting parts". Why did we pay $5k the first day then? The bill for the second day was almost $11k so $16k total and I can't even tell you what he did. This is the second time in 4 months he has worked on our elevator ($35k later) and hasn't even completed an inspection ... read more
