It's a fun time
I come here quite often with my gramma, who has reduced mobility. It is nice that she is able to walk straight into the pool and to the tide pool where she does a few laps, stretches in the smaller pool and hot tub for a soak. I highly recommend for everyone. Also the water slide is fun for all ages, the large pool is great for doing laps.
We arrived at the shaw center at 2pm. The road up to the facility is quite nice and the turn off is well marked with signs pointing to the Shaw Center. Once you enter the building, you're greeted with open design with a lot of windows for natural light. There are washrooms available at the check in desk as passed the doors to the pool/gym area.
