Bad front desk
As someone who’s been going to this gym for a long time I hate to give such a bad review, but in experiences like this, it’s my only option. The front desk has been nothing but terrible especially in mornings, I was harassed at the door and not let in to the gym because of my school pass, the lady stated that pass doesn’t work until school hours yet has always been for years, only before, at lunch, and after school, Because how would a student go to the weightroom during class. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED ON HOW MY CONCERN WAS HANDLED AT SHAW CENTER,THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AND DIDNOT SHOW ANY WILLINGNESS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
