Office Policy Interferes with Medical Care Office policies are completely ridiculous. We recently moved to the area and had not had time to transfer my old ped's records to their office before my daughter had an ear infection. They wouldn't see her and referred me to a walk-in clinic in Shrewsbury. A few weeks later, I came in for my newborn son's 2 month appointment.
