Found a FJ Cruiser there we have been searching for! Great customer service and so knowledgeable about all the vehicles....best prices anywhere...we have been from Knoxville to Atlanta looking for an FJ. Definitely highly recommend and will buy other vehicles there!
BUYERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT even think about dealing with Shaw Automotive Sales in Georgetown. I bought a truck over 3 months ago and have yet to receive the title and registration. The owners are crooks that will take your money and leave you with a complete mess to deal with. No one will answer the phone and they have since closed the car lot. I am in the process of filing suit with an attorney in efforts to get my title and expose them for dealer fraud.
We financed a car from them October 2016, its an ‘08 honda civic it had 180k miles on it. from day 1 we’ve had problems with it, about a week after having the car our tire literally exploded on the interstate (turns out ALL of the tires were dry rotted!) we went up there and they laughed and “apologized” . They do NOT answer phone calls and if they accidentally do then they’ll tell you they will call back and never do, we lived an hour away so it was kind of impossible for us to make payments in person like they wanted but w... read more
