Went to the place about 2 years ago to have my 2015 Hyundai Sonata worked on. It had a massive oil leak. They “repaired” the oil leak and told me the vehicle was ready to be picked up the following day. When I got the vehicle, no lights were lit on the dash, but the second I drove it off the lot. I could tell it wasn’t running correct. It wouldn’t go above 3 RPM. I don’t live far from the place so I wanted to get home so I could call about what was happening. Tire rod was completely busted late at night. Early next morning, Steve was very attentive and got me in first thing. Within the same day everything was fixed! Loaner car for the day was a great courtesy. Steve and his staff were all very friendly and I knew I was being taken care of. From NC and first time having car issues in OH, Steve and Shaw made the process very stress free and I will definitely be returning for any services in the future!!
Honest repair shop. My motor went bad, and they let me know it wouldn't be worth the cost to fix. I really appreciated their honesty. They were also flexible and understanding about the timing for removing the car from their lot.
