I have been seeing Shavonne for a little over 3 years. She is very prompt on getting to you when your appointment is scheduled unlike a lot of other doctors that keep you waiting forever. She is very helpful in answering any questions or concerns also. Highly recommended.

I went to Williamson Health for a routine wellness checkup and had a very disappointing experience with their billing practices. During that visit, the doctor asked routine questions and I answered them. Despite this, I was charged (and my insurance was billed) for multiple visits, including a separate charge labeled as diagnostics—when there was no separate visit, no additional exam, and no extra time spent with the doctor. I would like to share my experience so that it doesn’t happen to other patients. I recently went in for what I scheduled as my annual preventive physical exam, expecting it to be fully covered by my insurance as routine care. During the visit, I answered the provider’s standard questions about my medical history, questions about my mental health and overall health, including brief responses about previously diagnosed conditions that were stable.
