Is there a 6th star I could add? Look we all live in the same divisive world, and it truly is the small things that make our day that much better. Any tech, any office employee, any person we've spoken with and met and have been nothing less than excellent and have surpassed the necessity of wanting the small things facilitated. Schaevitz continues to be reliable, workmen are good. I have used them for 35 years. Way better than any other company ir individual that I have used. A supervisor will check before doing big jobs recommended by specialists, sometimes thinking of alternative ways to fix problems instead of a new unit. Use the 3 year contract if you are able to pay in advance - they book your annual Checkups for twice a year AC and heat, gets you a discount on parts, comes out easier than trying to get an an appointment and I calculated it to... read more
