Nelson & Shavitz were prompt, responsive, and professional. They correctly identified the issue with our blower motor over the phone, and organized their efforts to fix the issue in a timely fashion. I appreciated the detailed explanation provided. So far things are going well with the new motor!
Shavitz HVAC came to service our four HVAC units in our condo in week of August 17th, 2025. This is the first time we have used their service. Mitch was their service man who did a wonderful job. He met our expectations. Mitch was so nice to talk to. He is an expert in HVAC. We are so happy with his superb service. We hope he can continue as our serviceman in the future.
We love Shavitz! They are always open and honest about what is wrong and what the fix should be. Our tech Mauricio was extremely knowledgeable and upfront about what we needed.
