Quite unprofessional. I've been coming here for over half a decade. The one time I don’t tip, they got cranky and even insisted on it after payment. Tips shouldn’t be pressured to this degree. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because I’ve been coming here for years and they’re mostly professional. However, their behavior this time was inappropriate.
